The Defalt Mask is an item for players to find in Watch Dogs: Legion. This guide will show where players can find it in Defalt’s Hidden Lair. Watch Dogs: Legion pays homage to JB Markowicz, a DJ show works in Dot ConneXion who has appeared in the original Watch Dogs. In Watch Dogs: Legion players are able to find his neon-blue mask hidden in the city. For starters, players can complete their quest about an “invitation to his party” but this is not required to find the mask and his hidden lair. Here’s how players can find the Defalt Mask in Watch Dogs: Legion.
Watch Dogs: Legion comes along with one of the more interesting gameplay mechanics introduced in the series. As the game takes place in London, one of the most heavily populated cities in the world, players are able to recruit and take control of almost every NPC in the city. From a Spy sworn to protect the crown to an elderly woman looking to feed birds in the park, each character comes along with their own name, specialties, and abilities. The appeal of the game is to create the perfect team to find out who is responsible for the terrorist attacks happening in the city. While JB Markowicz has been a prominent character in the series, he does not make an appearance in this game (he’s reportingly dead). Here’s where players can find his mask and lair in the game.
The Defalt Mask And Lair Location In Watch Dogs: Legion
Players will be able to find their lair in the City of London Borough. Head to the south of the Cannon Street fast travel location to appear near the river. Between the bridge and the highway, players will be able to find a bright, orange ladder that goes into the river. Make sure to come here at 2 am because at the bottom of the ladder is a massive doorway that will only open at 2 am.
As mentioned, players can complete the QR quest to find this location, but completing this quest does nothing. When arriving here at 2 am, the door will be open and players will find his lair. Inside is some DJ equipment and a locked blue box. Pick the lock to find the Defalt Mask sitting on the inside. Players can then wear this to customize their character. It is one of the better easter eggs to come out of Watch Dogs: Legion.
