Job Description
- Pro-actively pursue new business and sales opportunities
- Increase company’s revenue and profit
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Develop long-term relationships with longstanding clients, with a view to maintaining high retention rate.
- Implement marketing strategies, analyzing current research data and trends
- Prove ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Demonstrate Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Solve problems for customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- Demonstrate persuasion skills with professionalism
- Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the sales department
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
- Build and maintaining client relations
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control.
- Track, collate, report and interpret sales figures as necessary
- Generate timely sales reports.
